Original German Third Reich medal of 1st October 1938, Entry and Annexation of the Sudetenland

A very good original medal awarded by Nazi Germany for the event of 1st October 1938, the entry and annexation of the Sudetenland. This crisis over a part of Czechoslovakia would contribute to the build up of the Second World War. 

The brass medal has its original ribbon which shows some signs of age. The front has 2 people saluting and with a flag whilst standing on the swastika. The reverse has the date and the standard slogan of 'Ein Volk Ein Reich Ein Fuhrer'.
